I have been attending to this practice with all of my animals for over 20 years and have found Jo and her staff are amazing. They are brilliant at what they do. Recently I had my mini Daschund Molly stay there for approximately 6 weeks with a ruptured disc. She was looked after so well by ALL of the staff. A special shout out to Sam and the nurses for allowing me to know Molly was in good care. Thank you guys🙏
Koala Park is by far the best vet practice in The Redlands. Not only do they treat your pets with the utmost care and love, they are so much more reasonably priced than other vets. I would never consider taking my pets anywhere else.

Wow where do I start! Thank you to the team at Koala Park Vet for taking such great care of our girl Lilly. Lilly spent a week at the vet after a close call and was nurtured back to health by the team. Special thanks to Jed, Jo and Annie for all the daily phone calls, advice and everything else you did for us and Lilly and thank you to the team for loving her, looking after her and for cleaning up those poos which wouldn’t have been nice!!!

The team at Koala Park are exceptional. They have been looking after my girl now for 12 years and are the only vets I will trust now. Jed usually looks after Skittles, however in an emergency this week the entire team have stepped up and taken care of her.

I couldn’t talk more highly of koala park veterinary. I have been using the clinic for 20 years now, ever since I moved nearby and even though I have moved away I still travel the distance to go back. The staff have always been friendly and the prices good.
I'm adding to our daughter (Nadines) review.
We were overseas when Lilly became seriously ill. This meant we were on a 7-hour time difference. It was extremely stressful for our daughter to be looking after her parent's pride and joy and every day seemed like it could have gone either way.
Jed, Joe and Annie did an amazing job of getting Lilly back to good health. They kept Nadine informed and allowed extended visits to be with her over the 8 days. Other members of the family were also involved and all informed of treatments and updates. Really blown away how much they cared. 5 weeks have now passed and Lilly is back to perfect health. Thanks again.
